J. David Huhs

Dave represents homeowner and condominium associations located throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. As an experienced homeowner association attorney, Dave assists his clients with issues such as assessment collection, covenant enforcement, litigation services, counseling boards of directors, and drafting governing documents.
Dave also represents clients in the purchase and sale of real property and businesses, including drafting of financing and security agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, corporate bylaws, and other transactional documents. Dave assists clients in the negotiation and structuring of commercial leases and advises clients concerning construction contracts, condominium declarations, easements, land use agreements, and covenants. In addition, Dave represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters involving business or property disputes, as well as representing creditors and debtors in cases filed under chapter 7 or 13 of the bankruptcy code.
